Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Important

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  • The item is defective or not functioning as intended

  • The item was damaged during transit

  • You received the wrong item

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect selection of size, bundle, or variation made at checkout

  • Sale items or gift cards

If you are unsure about sizing, bundles, or compatibility before purchasing, we encourage you to contact us prior to placing your order.


How to Start a Return

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, we will provide:

  • Return instructions

  • The correct return address

  • A return shipping label (if applicable)


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong product

We will evaluate the issue and resolve it appropriately.


Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

If your return is approved, you may place a new order once your return has been processed.


European Union – 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

Items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • With proof of purchase

This applies only to orders shipped to EU member countries and does not override other eligibility requirements related to product condition.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing

  • Banks or card providers may require additional time to post the refund
