All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate and secure for parcel delivery.
Once a shipment is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the recipient location. If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, customers must contact the carrier directly to initiate a lost parcel investigation.
We are not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
